General Contract Terms

These terms apply to the contract between Ravintolakolmio Group and the customer for the provision of services.
Reservations
The reservation can be made verbally or in writing. The booking is binding and effective when the customer confirms the reservation either verbally or in writing, after which the restaurant confirms the booking.
Booking regulations
The customer is not entitled to transfer the contract or hand over the lease premises to third parties without consent.
If the number of participants or the needs of the event change essentially, the restaurant has the right to change the premises and update the cost estimate.
We reserve the right to change prices and raw materials.
Details of the occasion
We request the exact number of participants, schedule, menu, special diets, drink selection and payment method (credit card/invoice address) at least fourteen (14) days before the event.
Charging basis
The final number of participants must be notified four (4) days before the event, and it will serve as charging basis. Above the stated number of participants will be charged based on actuality.
We invoice our corporate customers. Terms of payment are 10 days net.
Additional charge for invoicing is 18,00 € (including VAT 14 %).
Billing information with reference must be notified in writing in advance.
Invoicing must be agreed with the seller/contractor in advance per booking. If the invoicing has not been agreed with the seller/contractor in advance, the reservation must be paid on the premises in cash or by credit card.
Terms of cancellation
In case of cancellation of the confirmed booking we will charge a cancellation fee:
30-15 days before the event 50 % of the sales guarantee or
pre-ordered restaurant services.
14 days or less before the event 100 % of the sales guarantee or
pre-ordered restaurant services.
If the details and catering of the event have not been agreed, the basis for the cancellation fee for the catering part is the most advantageous menu or the sales guarantee.
Customer’s liability
The customer is obliged to protect the premises and furniture from damage. The customer is responsible for all damages caused by the customer’s equipment, staff, performers or meeting participants to the property and movables.
The customer is responsible for the equipment and furniture brought to the property. The customer agrees to comply with the staff instructions for the use of the premises, furniture and equipment. In case of damage Ravintolakolmio Group invoices repairs, cleaning services etc. from the customer.
Special arrangements
If the occasion requires special permits, program, orchestra, special decoration or exceptional technical equipment, the customer is required to meet the costs incurred as a result of these orders.
Premises are subject to a fee, unless otherwise stated in the offer. For private bookings we will use the guaranteed sale pricing. If it is not met, we will charge the difference as a space rent.
Furniture changes, additional furniture and other arrangements will be charged separately, unless otherwise stated in the offer. Audio, AV services and equipment that are not standard equipment in the restaurant/meeting room will be charged separately.
If, at the request of the customer, the catering supplier obtains special permits, such as a permit for extended licensing hours or a notice of temporary food sales and service or makes special arrangements such as the purchase of a program, orchestra, decoration and structures, etc., the customer undertakes to bear all costs.
